rotating - Employment Type: Travel Job Description The Patient Care
Technician (PCT) provides direct patient care under the supervision
of licensed nursing staff. This role supports daily patient needs,
assists with clinical tasks, and helps maintain a safe, clean, and
supportive care environment. Responsibilities - Assist patients
with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing,
toileting, and mobility - Obtain and document vital signs
accurately - Assist nursing staff with patient care, positioning,
and transport - Maintain patient safety, comfort, and dignity at
all times - Perform basic clinical tasks as delegated by nursing
staff - Follow infection prevention, safety, and facility protocols
- Communicate effectively with nurses, patients, and
interdisciplinary teams Qualifications - Previous experience as a
Patient Care Technician required - Ability to work independently
and as part of a care team - Strong communication and patient care
skills - Must meet facility health, vaccination, and compliance
