Job Description:
We are seeking a Permanent Orthopaedic Surgeon in Vermont .
Permanent Orthopaedic Surgeon Position Type: Specialty: Physician -
Surgery - Orthopedic Location: Vermont Rate: Open & Negotiable
Shift: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM Start Date: Open End Date: Position
Details: Patient Population: Adult Setting: Hospital-based
outpatient clinic Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive
orthopaedic care with a focus on hand or foot/ankle surgery;
average 25 patients/day; participate in 1:4 general ortho call
rotation; utilize MAKO robotic surgical technology Required
Procedures: General orthopedic procedures; preferred focus in hand
or foot/ankle surgery EMR System: Cerner Community Works Support
Staff: 3 Orthopaedic Surgeons and 4 PAs Days Per Month: Full-time
(40 hours/week) On-Call/Weekends: 1:4 call rotation; weekday call
first covered by PAs with MD backup; weekend call as part of
rotation Submission Requirements: Board certified or board eligible
in Orthopaedic Surgery If board eligible, provide graduation date
Clean malpractice history CPR (prior to start) DEA (prior to start)
BLS (prior to start) Active Vermont medical license (prior to
