Job Description:
The Yale Medicine Department of Anesthesiology is seeking an
Assistant or Associate level Anesthesiologist to join our team in
the Division of General Anesthesia. Faculty will be involved in
providing clinical care as well as resident and fellow education.
There is also an opportunity for clinical and translational
research, as well as outcomes related research. ? In the event that
you have formal post-residency subspecialty training, some
assignment to that area will be made if feasible and desirable to
the candidate. ? OB Anesthesia Division. Faculty provide a full
range of state - of - the - art obstetrical anesthesia services,
including exposure to all varieties of high - risk obstetric
patients, as well as ample clinical exposure to normal pregnancies.
Faculty will be involved in providing clinical care as well as
resident and fellow education. ? There is also opportunity for
clinical and translational research, as well as outcomes related
research. ? Division of Pain Medicine at Yale University School of
Medicine is seeking a Board Certified/ Board Eligible Pain
Physician to join its pain faculty at the Assistant and Associate
Professor rank in the Department of Anesthesiology. ? The Center
for the Assessment and Management of Pain was instituted in May of
2013 with currently two locations, one at the YNHH Spine Center and
the recent addition of Cancer Pain at the Smilow Cancer Hospital. ?
Our recent successful pilot of pre-Operative pain consults for
Spine patients with high opioid use has officially been adopted by
the hospital with plans to expand this project to other
specialties. Qualifications Candidates must be Board Certified/
Board Eligible and qualify for a Connecticut license. Candidates in
subspecialty areas must be Fellowship Trained. Equal Employment
