About the Position About the Position Specialty: RN – Step Down
Experience: 1 year of recent Step Down/Intermediate
Care/Progressive Care experience required License: Active State or
Compact RN License Certifications: BLS & ACLS – AHA Must-Have:
Proficient in cardiac monitoring, managing patients with complex
conditions transitioning from critical care Description: The Step
Down RN provides specialized care for patients requiring close
observation but not full intensive care. Responsibilities include
frequent monitoring, telemetry, medication administration, and
collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery.
Requirements Required for Onboarding: Active RN License BLS
