• Active NJ Medical License (Required)
• NJ CDS License (Required)
• NJ DEA License (Required)

• Team player with a commitment to high-quality patient care
• Ability to manage chronic conditions, preventive care, and acute illnessesExperience:
  • 1 year of NP experience preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate straight out of school.Benefits:
