Shift Details: Mon - Friday Hartford HealthCare, the largest healthcare system in Connecticut, is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Bridgeport, CT. This role involves providing follow-up care for patients with complex endocrine disorders, with a focus on diabetes. We offer mentorship, tailored EPIC templates, and a supportive work environment. This is a part-time position of 32 hours per week, with no weekends or holidays. Eligibility for licensing and certification in Connecticut is required. Endocrinology/diabetes experience is preferred.
