Job Description:

Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician needed for an outstanding outpatient-focused medical group in New Haven County. This ambulatory group is affiliated with an academic health system, focused on providing quality care in the community. Job Function:

Providing high quality primary care in an office-based setting, 100% outpatient
Full hospitalist service available
Examine, obtain medical history and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests.
Minor teaching/academic interaction with residents who do rotations through the sites
Focus on care delivery and quality measures in compliance with PCMH and ACO standards Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license/dues/CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.
