Job Description:

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible MedicalDirector to join our team. The Medical Director will be responsible forproviding exceptional patient care, managing patient treatment plans, andcollaborating with other team members to identify gaps in care. The idealcandidate will have a demonstrated passion for value-based care delivery modelsand a desire to bring joy back into patient care.

We are dedicated toputting our patients' needs first over profits and redesigning the systemaround the most sacred component of healthcare, the relationship between theclinician and the patient.

Compensation: $ 260,000 - $275,00 plus 10% bonus

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional patient care

Perform health assessments and screen forpreventative health measures

Actively manage common and complex conditions

Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostictests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs

Formulate and document care plans

Explain medical procedures and plans of careto patients and their families

Prescribe medication or other forms oftreatment

Participate in an on-call rotation, as needed

Communicate assessment findings andcollaborate in identifying gaps in care

Qualifications:

Board eligible or board certification inInternal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.

Current CT or AZ license (or eligibility toapply)

DEA license (or eligibility for registration)

Demonstrated interest/passion for value-basedcare delivery models

Strong oral and written communication skills
