COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)

• Salary Base: $323K + RVU Incentive Eligibility
• On Call Shifts: Paid at $250.00 an hour = $2,500 a day
• CME : $3,000 + Days
• Malpractice paid 100%
• PTO: 42 days = 27 days PTO plus 15 sick/personal days year one
• Relocation/Sign on: Yes.
• Student loan Repayment: Offered through NY state.

  • Consult in ER
  • 10-hour shifts with (supported) cross-coverage as necessary by Mid-levels and Residents
  • Schedule: Shifts totaling 40 hours per week with cross-coverage as necessary.
  • Available shifts: Day or Night shift availability QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry (PSY)
    • Board Certification or BE (will become certified)
    • MD with Board certifications in Psychiatry and Adult Psychiatry.
    • Clinical experience with Psychiatric patients in a Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program or other Psychiatric Emergency Setting COMMUNITY Psychiatry (PSY)
      • We are located 1 hour from Manhattan with local train service direct to Penn Station
