Job Description:

ObGyn Physician needed for an outstanding outpatient-focused medical group in New Haven County. This ambulatory group is affiliated with an academic health system, focused on providing quality care in the community.

Providing high quality primary care in an office-based setting, and deliveries at hospital
Join team of three physicians, two PAs and a nurse midwife
Participate in on-call coverage of 1:3 or 1:4
Work with medical students and internal medicine residents rotating through hospital
Minor teaching/academic interaction with residents who do rotations through the sites
Focus on care delivery and quality measures in compliance with PCMH and ACO standards Internal Use: IPP1
