Job Description:
DescriptionThe Associate Director of Business Development will
be responsible for accelerating the company's growth through
external collaborations. This position sources product licensing
and co-development opportunities, builds and leads deal and
diligence teams, and negotiates agreements to access promising
candidates and technologies across dosage forms and therapeutic
areas. This position supports the development, and execution of
business development plans and processes that will accomplish
department objectives. This position manages the existing
partnerships in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Note: This position reports to Senior Director of Business
Development. The preferred location for this position is in the
Grand Rapids, Michigan or Minneapolis, Minnesota metro areas with a
hybrid in-office/remote work schedule. Fully remote arrangement
will also be considered for candidates based in NJ/NY/PA.
Salary: $140,000.00 USD - $180,000.00 USD depending upon experience
and qualifications.
