They are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee our payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of high-volume payroll transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll activities, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing efficient payroll processes.   • Manage all aspects of payroll processing for a high-volume environment, including payroll calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Monitor payroll processing and occasionally run processing independently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll transactions, including bi-weekly, monthly, and special pay runs.
  • Ensure quality assurance is correct by conducting necessary legwork, including data verification and auditing of payroll records.
  • Process off-cycle payments promptly and accurately, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
  • Handle Salesforce inquiries related to payroll, providing timely and accurate responses to staff queries and concerns.
  • Oversee payroll reconciliation and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and regulations, implementing necessary updates to ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation to support efficient operations.
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on payroll-related inquiries and issues.
  • Generate payroll reports and analysis as needed for management review. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll management, preferably in a high-volume environment.
    • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Experience with payroll systems and software; proficiency with Workday or similar payroll platforms preferred.
