Patient Led, Clinician Operated healthcare is a like minded Physician leader tojoin us on our journey to lead our primary care practice. The Primary Care Medical Director will work in partnership withthe Connecticut Market Medical Director and the practice manager to implementand improve clinical delivery model. As a medical director, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care as one of the site's primarycare physicians
• Manage and empower the clinical team of physicians, nursepractitioners, physician assistants, therapists, and psychiatrists.
• Create innovative local delivery models to adapt to thecommunity need
• Participate in an on-call rotation, as neededCompensation: $260,000 $275,000 plus 10% bonus Education:
  • Board eligible or board certification in Internal Medicine,Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Current CT license (or eligibility to apply)
  • DEA license (or eligibility for registration)
  • Demonstrated interest/passion for value-based care deliverymodels
