Medical Director opening in New Haven, Connecticut. Primary Care Medical Director Compensation and Generous Benefits. Patient Led, Clinician Operated healthcare is a like minded Physician leader to join us on our journey to lead our primary care practice. The Primary Care Medical Director will work in partnership with the Connecticut Market Medical Director and the practice manager to implement and improve clinical delivery model. As a medical director, you will:

• Provide exceptional patient care as one of the site's primary care physicians
• Manage and empower the clinical team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, therapists, and psychiatrists.
• Create innovative local delivery models to adapt to the community need
• Participate in an on-call rotation, as needed Education:
  • Board eligible or board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Current CT license (or eligibility to apply)
  • DEA license (or eligibility for registration)
  • Demonstrated interest/passion for value-based care delivery models
