• Project and crew sequencing, organization and scheduling
• Pro-active and consistent client communication
• Promote and ensure excellence on all of our projects and properties
• Sales/estimating
• Performance metrics
• Under promise/over deliverQualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum (3) years experience with landscape project management - please do not apply otherwise
  • Knowledge and proper care practices of tree/shrub planting
  • Horticultural degree or background a plus
  • Masonry, carpentry, pool/spa building knowledge and management a plus
  • The ability to prioritize and work efficiently in a high energy environment
  • Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
  • Must be confident, motivated, enthusiastic, respectful, a team player and have a positive attitudeBenefits:
