Melville, NY is seeking an Event Management Specialist (Specialist,
Event Management) to support and execute ITCG's Trade Shows,
Meetings, Events, Trainings and In House Studio Projects.
Coordination of logistics, development of floor plans, creative,
and all necessary deliverables. Procurement of vendor services,
on-siteexhibit set-up, ordering of material and catering
requirements. Provide on-site event and studio project support and
supervision. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel
including production teams, exhibit houses, meeting facilities and
incentive organizations. Full post show/event reporting both
qualitative and quantitative.This position is full time and offers
a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday and
Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week
(unless a specific business need arises requiring in office
attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office
reporting requirements may change from time to time based on
business needs. Responsibilities- Highly organized, self-starter
with excellent interpersonal skills in changing environments-
Detail and deadline-oriented with the ability to quickly analyze
problems and make independent and confident decisions- Ability to
multitasksand prioritize the importance of projects and deadlines-
Coordination, support, and execution of Trade Shows, Meetings,
Events, Trainings and In House Studio Projects- Maintain and track
the budget for all events and projects managed- Excellent knowledge
of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and
Teams QualificationsPlease note: We comply with all applicable

government contractor/subcontractor.- Bachelor's degree in a
relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years
of related experience- Must have good verbal and written
communication skills- Travel required (25%) as well as work on some
evenings and weekends- Individual must possess a clean valid state
driver's license in order to obtain the position- This position
requires driving, therefore a valid driver's license and acceptable
driving record are necessary. Additionally, because this position
requires driving for company business as an essential function of
the job, must remain in compliance with company safety guidelines
