We're looking for an Art Director to lead the overall appearance of brand image products while evolving the visual aesthetic across multiple creative executions. You'll collaborate with art, design, and creative professionals and manage projects from inception through the final stages of production. If you have at least four years of design experience and are passionate about current fashion styles, pop culture, and social trends, don't pass on this opportunity to work with a high-end, globally recognized company!As Art Director, you'll also: --- Work in partnership with Brand team members to achieve desired marketing tools --- Prepare design and layout options for various projects --- Sign off for the production of the final artwork for print --- Prepare retouching and product photographs --- Accompany Print Production Manager to vendors as needed to manage quality assurance --- Travel to printers and other vendors as needed --- Manage workflow of job requests --- Assist with technical systems and specialized equipment --- Attend industry tradeshows when neededMust Haves: --- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience --- At least four years of design experience --- Industry preferred experience in fashion or a fashion-related --- Proficiency in Mac and Adobe's InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator --- Ability to elevate the perception of our corporate brand and our company --- Flexible and able to change priorities and direction quickly and effectively --- Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple large projects --- Proven track record of influencing constituents for optimal results --- Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented and ability to multitask --- Ability to travel local and domesticWhy VSP Vision?
