Job Description Job Description Civil Engineer We are looking for a motivated and detail?oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D and eager to collaborate closely with engineers on a wide range of incoming projects. Our work spans commercial, multi?family residential, retail, and multi?disciplinary developments , offering strong exposure to diverse project types. Experience in stormwater design, land development, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture is highly valued. Responsibilities Support engineers in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects. Develop site plans focused on land and site development, stormwater management, and drainage design . Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and design documents. Produce detailed grading, drainage, and site development plans. Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards. Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout all phases of work. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 . 0–5 years of civil engineering experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D . Prior internship experience in civil engineering. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities. Cannot Provide sponsorship for this opportunity Preferred Qualifications EIT certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license (preferred but not required). Experience with civil site design, grading, and drainage systems . Familiarity with stormwater and site development projects . New team members are expected to work on?site, Monday through Friday , during the initial onboarding period. Standard hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a 30?minute lunch break. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hartford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
