Summary
Identify and implement opportunities to improve product quality and manufacturability utilizing Lean Tools and best practices in implementing advances in manufacturing.
Work hands on with cross-functional teams to provide full manufacturing support to meet 100% customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities

• 
  
• Identify and implement continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  
• Collect and analyze data to determine failure modes and suggest improvements
  
• Implement improvement opportunities based on the analysis of data.
  
• Review manufacturing processes and data to develop strategies to improve product quality and lower cost.
  
• Develop and maintain equipment maintenance process and control. (Total Production Maintenance)
  
  Education
  
  • 
    
  • B.S. in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
    
    Experience
    
    • 
      
    • Past experience in small parts assembly operation.
      
    • Knowledge of Bills of Material, Routings, and Manufacturing and Planning Systems.
      
    • Skilled at multitasking; excellent communication skills; able to learn and take on new responsibilities; able to work cooperatively in a team environment.
      
    • Strong degree of self-motivation and direction required; able to work with minimal supervision, and also be an effective team member.
