Manager prefers local candidates, who can be onsite 2 days a week
as this is a hybrid role. This is for the New Haven, CT office.
Some flexibility with the salary for the right candidate based on
skill sets and experience.
Job Description
Overview
The Sr CRM Engineer , will design, develop, implement, and maintain
a wide variety of CRM deployments across multiple environments. The
Sr.CRM Engineer will collaborate with architecture, UX and other
development teams, as well as the business community.
Core Responsibilities
Create Microsoft Power Apps Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to
test new functionalities Design, develop, test, and implement D365
PowerApps and related flows Design, develop, test, and implement
custom features and processes in Microsoft Dynamics Participate in
business case creation and estimation of work Recommend and
implement best practices for Client's -Consult with business to
modernize business processes by leveraging PowerApps and automation
Assist in communicating new features released to users Create and
maintain application solution documentation Assist in writing user
guides for newly developed apps Monitor and troubleshoot
performance or other issues when needed On-call and/or after-hours
work required

Skill -Qualifications
Required:
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with the
ability to work well under pressure Must be self-motivated, and
able to work independently, as well as interact well with others
and communicate professionally with people at all levels. Must
demonstrate up-to-date expertise in D365 CRM (Power platform, power
automate, Apps), .NET development, Portal Development, Power BI,
Azure and the ability to apply that expertise to development
activities At least 4 years of hands-on development experience with
CRM solutions , D365 / CRM and/or Power Platform experience
preferred Experience with Integration within the M365 ecosystem and
Microsoft Dataverse / Common Data Service Excellent UI design skill
and hands on experience in designing and developing entities in
PowerApps. Good exposure to Common data services like Dataverse
andintegration to CRM solutions like Dynamics 365. Experience Using
API custom-connectors within PowerApps. Experience Developing
Custom components for PowerApps. Experience configuring Model
Driven Apps for Dynamics 365. Microsoft Power Pages administration,
implementation, customizations, development and usage Experience in
embedding PowerApps in Dynamics 365 and custom applications.
Experience Using API custom-connectors within PowerApps At least 3
years experience using javascript to perform functions that extend
Dynamics 365 Preferred:
Strong functional knowledge of CRM, specifically,, Sales, Marketing
and Customer Service modules Experience working in an Agile Scrum
environment. Experience working with DevSecOps A demonstrated
working knowledge of design patterns and frameworks Familiar with
software security principals and defensive coding best
practices
