Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A specialized
role is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to
support the Compass High Program, a unique educational setting
focused on high school students with Autism Spectrum Disorders
(ASD) and other learning differences. This position provides an
opportunity to work in a personalized, supportive environment aimed
at fostering skills for independence outside traditional
educational settings. Location: Ludlow, MA Contract Duration:
August 27, 2026 June 22, 2027 (estimated, based on the upcoming
school year calendar) Weekly Hours: 32.5 hours Caseload: High
school students, with supervision responsibilities over an SLPA Key
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized speech-language therapy
tailored to students with ASD and other learning differences
Collaborate within the Compass High Program to create personalized
education plans that promote student independence Supervise and
mentor an SLPA to ensure quality support and therapy services
Maintain compliance with all state licensure requirements and
documentation standards Qualifications and Experience: Valid State
licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist meeting all required
standards Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
Previous experience working in school settings, especially with
high school students and specialized programs Strong interpersonal
and communication skills to collaborate effectively with educators,
