Process payments and assist with membership sign-ups and renewals. Promote gym programs, classes, and special offers to members. Schedule appointments for personal training and fitness assessments. Assist in resolving member concerns and complaints effectively. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred. Strong communication skills and a positive demeanor. Basic knowledge of fitness programs and gym equipment. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
