• Well-funded (grants and equity raise) by leading investors, including Connecticut Innovations (venture arm for the State of Connecticut).
• We have five dermatologic candidates with potential first-in-class or best-in-class market opportunities with multiple first-in-human trials anticipated in 2023

Marketing InternWe are looking for a passionate marketing intern to join our growing team. In this position, you will collaborate with all facets of our company to enhance our existing marketing strategy and execution. This role requires an understanding of content strategy and development, and customer-facing digital marketing to help drive results to increase customer acquisition, awareness, and engagement.Job Type: Intern (PAID)Job Location: hybrid mostly remote work and occasional in-person meetings in New Haven, CT
  • Develop, maintain, and execute a content calendar
  • Assist with the execution of social media marketing and development across all channels
  • Support content creation to effectively communicate the value proposition and increase visibility to the target audience
  • Collaborate with team to strengthen brand identity to communicate our vision and mission
  • Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategyRequirements
    • Currently, a senior undergraduate student, graduating in December 2023 or Spring 2024
    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
    • Familiarity with graphic design and marketing software, and proficiency with social media platforms
    • Interested in and capable of working in an early-stage company
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Receptive to feedback and a passion for marketing and/or healthcare
    • Graphic design experience requiredInternship candidates will be evaluated for potential full-time hire following the internship with potential for equity in the company (pending company budget and approval of the Board of Directors).
