Job Description:
Executive Alliance is pleased represent our client who is a
leading regional integrated advertising agency who helps clients
expand their brands in the areas of healthcare, education,
not-for-profit, financial and professional services. This acclaimed

They are seeking an Account Supervisor to join their team to manage
relationships with their clients in the areas of social, digital,
offline and traditional advertising channels.
NOTE: This role is a hybrid remote opportunity, with Mondays and
Fridays being remote and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the
company's state-of-the-art headquarters.
Your role is focused on leading account activity - both
operationally and strategically - on a day-to-day basis. Your
responsibilities include helping to drive overall brand strategy
and implementing it on a campaign basis. As a key relationship
holder, you are also responsible for managing a team environment
where internal departments, clients and external partners work
together to solve client problems.
OPERATIONAL
Work with project management and production, and analyze an
estimate with an educated eye; run a shoot while managing client
needs; deliver the goods on time and exceed expectations; and,
generally keep all the wheels turning at an even pace.
Assume accountability for the clients and agency work under your
supervision.
FINANCIAL
Support senior team members in the development of project plans,
budgets and staffing based on knowledge of and relationships with
appropriate departments.
Support the management and oversight of financial aspects of the
agency's business on assigned clients.
Help identify organic growth opportunities on your accounts.
Help develop client-billing projections.
Maintain accurate and updated time sheets.
STRATEGIC
Lead day-to-day strategic development and implementation.
Help solve business problems as they inevitably arise with
innovation, decisiveness, speed and clarity.
Draft insightful briefs that provide clarity to the problem being
solved and inspiration to the teams assigned to solve them.
Synthesize knowledge of clients' business, their market,
competitive activity and consumer to help develop viable business
strategies.
Continue to educate yourself on industry and client trends to stay
at the forefront of helping grow their business (and, ultimately
the company's).
COMMUNICATIONS
Demonstrate excellent client handling - professional demeanor,
ability to lead productive meetings, good listening and negotiation
skills.
Contribute to agency and client communications, both written and
oral, with little hand-holding.
Demonstrate effective and persuasive presentation skills.
Demonstrate strong business writing skills.
Show strong desire/success in selling agency recommendations.
MANAGEMENT
Build strong relationships with clients, creatives, and producers
not just in meeting rooms but also in hallways, at shoots, and over
coffee.
Look for opportunities; involve yourself in cross-team/agency
initiatives.
Buy time from clients when required.
Manage up as well as down to drive development of the most
effective solutions for your clients.
Mentor junior level account staff who look to you for guidance and
inspiration.
