JOB SUMMARY As a Social Media Strategist, you have a zealous focus on increasing our agencys brand awareness through the effective use of social media platforms, earned media, media outlets, blogs, awards, events and speaking opportunities. Your role is to gain exposure and market across our three distinct brands: 1. The personal brand of Robyn Streisand Dual Founder CEO and serial entrepreneur, who is a charismatic leader and passionate advocate for DEI and ESG 2. The Mixx A strategic creative agency with a specialty in brand, campaign and culture programs for blue chip clients 3. Titanium Worldwide The worlds first independent collective of certified-diverse and minority-owned agencies, with Members across the integrated media, marketing and comms landscape In this pivotal role, you will be mapping the overarching social media marketing strategy for our three internal brands across messaging, creative, plotting and executing against a flighting social media calendar, coordinating resources to support execution when needed, and play a big hand overall in creating a cohesive voice for our social media campaigns, and overall communication for our brand presence. Compelling copywriting is a must. And you have a knack for building a business case when it comes to identifying communication opportunities, and able to manage your budget (internal resources and hard costs). You effectively identify, filter and lean into the right opportunities to build our awareness and reputation. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with the Executive team, as well internal and external partners including Strategy, Creative, and Business Development teams. You are a proactive and detail-oriented individual who demonstrates a spirit of thoughtful accountability, matching our fast-paced, mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment. Follow through and staying on course is paramount. RESPONSIBILITIES Developing plus executing social media campaigns and social communication strategies including content, creative and bringing overall thought leadership to elevate and generate agency awareness, reputation, and engagement Planning, managing, and maintaining our three brands across various communication and social platforms, including calendar content management and end-to-end activity across platforms Populating internal platforms for review and approvals of content (including working alongside junior and intern staff to assist in these processes) Drafting the creation of effective, high-impact communications and written materials, including content creation, social media, byline articles, talking points, media briefs, emails, and case studies aligned with overarching brand strategic priorities and tone of voice Working alongside our agencys strategic, creative, and leadership team, and Titaniums Member agencies to ideate meaningful and actionable content to ensure brand consistency Developing processes to measure effectiveness and performance KPIs for our channels, including generating regular metrics reports to communicate success and areas of growth Identify unique thought-provoking, brand-building opportunities for content storytelling Building relationships with media/press partners to further brand awareness, impact and interest Understanding and testing exploration of new feature launches across various social platforms, ranging from new content approaches to audio, live streaming and podcasts SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors degree with a major in PR, communications, marketing or similar, or substantial experience in communications and social media 5 years of Social Media Management with experience in PR/communications preferred Ability to create and copywrite original and generated content with minimal effort A knack for narrative storytelling and developing a voice on social media. Experience managing social media/editorial calendars and content development Design eye, with the ability to give direction and critique visual content to a high standard Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence with stakeholders and partners Experience balancing of creative and analytical way of thinking, putting forth best-in-class execution within a measurable framework Demonstrated experience building communities in the social space, leading proactive and reactive communications through moderation Ability to pitch to media and creativity in securing coverage Experience prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, adapting with changing priorities, and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic organization Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, as well as familiarity with using Airtable, Hootsuite and Cision Creative design and software skills are an added plus Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Apple Keynote WHATS IN IT FOR YOU Competitive salary, health benefits and other perks.
