You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth. Our Information Technology Project Management team collaborates with PwC practice leaders to develop and deliver technology solutions. We provide project management oversight and collaborate with various project resources and vendors to ensure the appropriate methodology is followed, deliverable quality is high, and satisfaction is achieved. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma Minimum Years of Experience: 4 year(s) with an additional 2 year(s) of progressive roles managing financial and operational aspects of large scale IT programs. Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Bachelor Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Information Technology, Finance, Data Processing/Analytics/Science Certification(s) Preferred: Digital Badges for Analytic Skills, Digital Accelerator Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success: * Providing insight into project and operational performance by applying data analytic techniques, best practices and approaches; * Applying process improvement/automations to data transformation leveraging tools like Alteryx; * Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, leveraging tools like Tableau and PowerBI for leadership reports and dashboards, while analyzing project and operational data to identify trends and patterns; * Participating in developing, managing and reporting on the Program budget and development of future year budget plans; * Developing and creating dashboard reporting and tracking to provide leadership with status of Program key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones; * Participating in developing strategic presentations to report on Program progress and financial updates including tracking of savings and Program financial risks and issues; * Helping to drive strategic problem identification, definition, alternative/option definition, and taking decisive action to achieve program objectives in alignment with organization and firm strategy; * Assisting in measuring the financial and strategic outcomes of the Program; * Understanding resource management, financial management and cost controls; * Providing leadership to the program and other matrixed, functional leadership who are responsible for day-to-day execution of the program; * Driving continuous improvements to processes and standards to establish the Technology group meets its goals and objectives; * Possessing the ability to manage project operations, working together with the PPR (Project Management) organization to provide oversight across all processes, leveraging KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness and performance; * Incorporating existing Firm knowledge, subject matter, or technical domain specialization into work activities; * Resolving challenging problems in collaboration with others and taking initiative when appropriate to make independent choices on matters of significance and influencing others within their own functional area or team; * Navigating and working effectively in a matrixed organization; * Resolving complex issues and conflicting interests with diplomacy or recognizing when issues need to be escalated; * Working within tight deadlines and embracing a rapidly changing environment; * Working in a global organization with an understanding of cross cultural communication challenges; * Building effective relationships with key stakeholders and other customers as appropriate; and, * Maintaining effective relationships and channels of communication with business sponsors and IT leadership including collaborating with other departments and lines of service throughout the firm.
