Job Description:
Thomas, Judy & Tucker, P.A. (TJ&T), a leading accounting and
consulting firm, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant
for our Pension Department. This role supports our dynamic team in
delivering exceptional audit and tax planning services to our
diverse client base. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced
environment, demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, and
provide impeccable administrative support to enhance our
department's efficiency. Provide administrative support to the
Pension Department's team, including scheduling meetings, managing
calendars, and organizing departmental records. Assist in the
preparation and distribution of pension documentation and reports.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Support the team in maintaining compliance with financial
regulations and standards. Facilitate communication within the
department and with external stakeholders to ensure smooth
operation of pension services. Manage and update client databases
with precise attention to detail. Strong organizational and
planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication
abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Capable of multitasking and meeting tight deadlines Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) is a plus Any other
relevant certifications in financial services or pension
administration
