us! Job Description: This role sits within the Governance &
Strategy team of the Global Valuation Group (GVG), part of the CFO
organization. The Valuation Governance analyst will support the
development, implementation, and oversight of valuation governance
frameworks and strategic initiatives across asset classes. Key
responsibilities include assisting in the execution of the GVG
governance framework, supporting regulatory and audit interactions,
contributing to policy and documentation updates, and helping drive
consistency and transparency in valuation control practices. The
analyst will collaborate with Business Finance Control (BFC),
Technology, and other cross-functional teams in CFO to ensure
alignment to internal standards and external regulatory
expectations. Responsibilities: Supports the maintenance and
enhancement of valuation governance frameworks and protocols.
Assist in the review and update of valuation control policies,
guidelines, and documentation to reflect ongoing regulatory
requirements and internal standards. Help coordinate response to
regulatory and audit inquiries related to valuation controls.
Contribute to the development of appropriate governance, framework,
and metrics for effective compliance with policies and regulatory
expectations pertaining to valuation control. Partner with Business
Finance Control (BFC) to review and challenge valuation control
results. Patriciate in strategic initiatives aimed at improving
valuation control transparency, consistency, and efficiency. Ensure
timely remediation of regulatory matters requiring attention, audit
findings and associated reporting demands. Work with BFC and GVG
Methodology and other groups as necessary, to ensure that BOFA has
a consistent valuation framework that meets both internal and
external requirement. Lead / contribute to project and initiatives
to develop solutions for effective valuation control framework.
Required Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in financial
services in valuation control, risk, or product control Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field of
study Knowledge of valuation control concepts and processes, or
governance frameworks Strong written and spoken communication
skills, including presenting complex concepts, and proven
influencing and negotiation skills Detailed focused with the
commitment and ability to work under tight timeframes Work
collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Desired
Qualifications: Master’s degree or progress toward a relevant
certification Familiarity with regulatory expectations around Fair
Value and Prudential Valuation Experience support audit or

$163,500.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
