Job Description:

A leading company in providing alternative financing solutions for small businesses across the United States and Canada is seeking an Collections Representative for their office in Midtown Manhattan. The associate will perform a range of tasks in support of the Accounts Receivable department, including: 1. Ensuring the aging database is updated and with all accounts being within the alloted payment terms 2. Verifying invoicing data 3. Conducting calls with clients to verify information and contract terms 4. Reviewing documents received from clients and provide creative solutions to ensure aging is current and client relationship is maintained. If you are a proven multi-tasker with attention to detail, and you possess excellent communication abilities, we want to talk to you. Work experience in handling legal information and experience communicating with direct business owners would be a huge plus.
