Job Description:

Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Associate:
*The FOA will manage cash applications.
*Processes credit card transactions.
*The FOA will respond to bankruptcy inquiries.
*Prepares journal entries for miscellaneous cash, money wires, and various fees.
*The FOA performs analysis for assigned general ledger accounts.
*Participates in month end close process.
Job Requirements for the Financial Operations Associate:
*Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
*Knowledge of cash applications is highly preferred
*Proficiency with MS Excel is required
*Use of an ERP system is highly preferred
*Experience with Oracle or Netsuite is a huge plus
*Be highly motivated and eager to learn and grow
