Responsibilities:
--- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in
person, via telephone calls and emails
--- Ability to cold call to arrange meetings with potential
customers to prospect for new business
--- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales
--- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on
buying trends
--- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and
demonstrations
--- Meet monthly sales targets set by managers and contribute to
team targets
--- Review sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Qualifications:
--- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or
a related field is required
--- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 1 year of sales
experience, preferably in a B2B environment
--- A successful track record of meeting sales quotas is a must
--- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are
essential for this role
--- The candidate should have a competitive spirit, be
self-motivated, and be driven to succeed
--- The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
and a robust network is crucial
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is
required
--- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
are necessary
